What We Offer

We offer month-of and partial wedding coordination as well as special event planning and fundraising. Our starting rate is $900 for the month-of package, but we are open to work with clients with a range of needs and budgets. For example, we offer a la carte services (starting at $60/hr), such as vendor and venue research including the development of a report to help you decide the pros and cons, budget and amenity differences.
PACKAGE 1
Package #1: The Month-of, starting at $900
Prior to the Wedding
- As needed, provide short list of recommendations of vendors for client to follow up with
- No limit on number of emails or phone consultations
- Prepare detailed production schedule for your wedding, including vendor contact information, layout and timeline
- Advise on floor plan/layout as needed
- Provide consultation on client questions or concerns with regards to etiquette, wedding trends, vendor issues, or other wedding planning issues
- Contact all vendors in advance (2 weeks) to confirm booking, coordinate arrival times and schedule, and answer any outstanding questions
- Note: Any research on client's special requests that requires more than one hour of coordinator's time will be charged at the ala carte rate of $50/hour. The month-of coordination scope does not include booking or making travel arrangements or accommodations, rehearsal dinner coordination, design work, or vendor interviews and ad hoc meetings (with exception of venue walk-through).
Week of the Wedding
- Onsite meeting to discuss all final wedding details (time/date to be mutually agreed upon)
- Wedding ceremony rehearsal coordination with officiant
- Meet (or consult via phone) with client/bride & groom to review all details and collect accessories (up to two hours, time/place to be mutually agreed upon)
During the Wedding
- Arrive at appropriate time before your wedding for setup
- Liaison between facility staff, vendors, and families
- Ensure decor (e.g. photos on tables, vases) and wedding accessories are set up per bride's wishes
- Help distribute materials to guests (e.g. parking permits)
- Cue emcee as needed
- Work with all vendors to ensure timeline and clients' wishes are followed
- Work with banquet staff throughout the event to ensure all issues are adhered to
- Ensure gifts and personal items are delivered to the bridal suite (or are delivered to hotel with person of your choice) - TBD
PACKAGE 2
Package #2: The Month-of PLUS, starting at $1,600, this includes the month-of plus the following:
This is for the bride that doesn't have much time to do research, interview vendors, and more.
- Check-in meetings throughout the planning process
- Scheduling and conducting on-site meetings with up to 5 vendors
- Budget development
- Planning checklist
- Vendor tracking worksheet
- Track all deposits, payments and due dates
- Assist with any transportation scheduling
